12 years of solid experience in the luxury sector, working with iconic brands such as GUCCI, MONCLER and MAX MARA. My professional career has allowed me to develop skills in areas such as visual merchandising, operational management and inventory, team coordination and strategic business support.
MAX MARA: I worked for about three years as a store operations manager and Inventory Manager/Controller at the Flagship of the Rue Saint-Honoré, contributing to the reorganization of the entire network of stores in Paris. I managed flows of more than 10,000 pieces per season, doubling storage space and generating double-digit growth in seasonal activity.
GUCCI: As Head of Visual Merchandiser France-Benelux, I oversaw department stores in Paris, the South of France and London, participating in important projects such as the reopening of the Milan Montenapoleone flagship store and the renovation of DOS stores in several European cities.
MONCLER: I have been Visual Merchandiser Manager for the past eight years for France and Ski Resorts, managing more than 25 stores and coordinating the sales teams. I contributed to major openings, including the iconic 3,000 m² boutique on the Champs-Élysées, and consistently exceeded the company's objectives.
I am fluent in Italian, French and English and have acquired skills throughout the retail operational cycle, from team management to CRM, from merchandising visuals to sales, to the coordination of omnichannel events and projects.
